By commissiong the artist, you are agreeing to all TOS listed below. The artist will not be held accountable if the client fails to read the provided TOS.

General Terms

  • Commissioned artworks are for personal/non-commercial use only unless discussed beforehand. Additional fees will be applied for commercial use.

  • Commission prices are subject to change depending on the art brief/description (i.e. additional characters, companions, etc).

  • The artist reserves the right to refuse and/or cancel the commission.

  • The commissioner may repost the artwork as long as the artist is credited.

  • Commissioned artworks are not to be used in any form or part of AI.

  • The artist reserves the right to use the commissioned artwork to promote himself in any place or site, to display as samples and post wherever he wants.

Payment

  • Payments will be handled through PayPal or Bank Transfers.

  • The artist does not accept any digital checks or any form of cryptocurrency as payment.

  • For personal/non-commercial use: the commissioner will be asked to either (1) pay the full price or (2) pay 50% upfront and 50% once the artwork is done.

  • For commercial use: the payment & commission process may differ depending on the contract/agreement.

  • If the commissioned artworks need to be canceled, refunds will be discussed and depends on the amount of work done.

Commission Process

The commission process below may change for commercial use depending on the agreement/contract.

  • You can get in touch with me through my email: [email protected]. We can discuss about the commission, payment and if the deadline is feasible.

  • Once the payment has been made the artist shall start working on the commission.

  • Steps/Processes: Sketch -> Rough Color -> Final/Fully Rendered -> Deliverable of Files

  • I will send an update and ask for feedback and approval every step before proceeding to the next step.

  • Revision requests that will have drastic change to the artwork will be subject to addional fee.
